Company shares timeline on affordable housing project on Nashville’s East Bank
The first development is now on track to break ground on Nashville’s East Bank right next to the new Nissan Stadium.
The Fallon Company said it’s working with local partner Elmington on a major affordable housing project. The plan will have more than 300 affordable units, a daycare center and retail space along with parking.
